Terms & Conditions


1) Conditions of Sale
• No minimum order
• New accounts require prior credit approval
• Purchase Orders containing prices or terms authorized on a quotation must reference the Quotation Number

2) Payment Terms
• Net 30 days from invoice date
• 2% monthly interest charges added after 30 days

3) Freight Policy
• FOB Fredericton, unless otherwise authorized
• Orders will be shipped via courier, prepaid & charge unless otherwise specified on quote
• Order can be shipped collect via carrier of your choice
• Any damage or discrepancies in a shipment MUST be reported to Safety Source Ltd. within 7 days of receiving shipment

4) Return Goods Policy
• Prior to returning any merchandise, contact Safety Source Ltd. for prior approval. Otherwise, returned goods may be refused. Shipping MUST be prepaid.
• Merchandise to be returned must be prior to 30 days from date of shipment
• Returned goods are subject to our inspection before credit is issued
• Restocking charge (as determined by our supplier) is applicable on any goods that are non-stock items
• Custom items are NOT returnable
• Where merchandise is returned as a result of an error by Safety Source Ltd., full credit will be issued including freight

5) Warranties
• Manufacturers warranties will be honoured
• All freight charges on warranties are the responsibility of the customer

6) Sales Tax
• HST/GST added to all orders
• Provincial Sales Tax extra where applicable
